Food is great, delivery drivers are awesome, but your customer service supervisors are the absolute worst!
For more than two months I have been engaged in conversations with at least two different customer service supervisors attempt to resolve an issue; I have been met with incompetence and/or false promises each time. As a matter of fact, I am still waiting for the promised email / call back from the phone conversation on Monday, 7 February 2022@ 2:50 pm.
As a result of the utter incompetence of your customer service supervisors, Schwan's Home Delivery will be losing at least $2,000 in annual revenue from the members of this family! That seems a rather high price to pay for something that should have been so very simple to rectify... Y'all need to do better!
