I ordered this for my mother for Christmas, hoping it would be something sentimental since it's for Christmas. First I'm notified that my package has been delayed, so I'm like okay whatever. But then I go to track my order and it says that the order does not exist, when I simply copied and pasted the order number into the order tracking. I should've read all of the reviews before purchasing from this place, now I'm down $200.

We are really sorry that your order got delayed, but don't worry, it's not possible that your order is not existing if you placed the order and received the order confirmation email. It is possible that the order tracking link not working perfectly, or there is a problem with the order ID, but your order must be in transit, or already delivered to you.
