I ordered from this place they charged extra to express the items which were suppose to be delivered within 3 to 7 days got only 2 of the items ten days later the third item was never sent and the money was never refunded. Numerous attempts have been made to contact the company with no response, still trying to return the items no response from the company. Will never do business with them again!

After investigation, the order was placed on December 10,2023, and 2 items arrived on December 18,2023. These 2 items arrived within our normal express shipping time. Since you filed a dispute for this order, the 3rd item has been cancelled. We really want to refund you, but because you filed a dispute, the refund could not be successfully issued before. We hope you can close the dispute so that we can refund you.

Regarding your return, we have verified and confirmed that we sent you a return label on December 21,2023, but have not yet received your reply. You can try to find the email in your spam box. We've sent you another email today. If you still haven't received it, please contact us directly via live chat so we can help you solve the problem as soon as possible.

In addition, we have not received any other emails from you. We only received your return request on December 20,2023 and have responded to you.
