I bought a ring for my wife. A blue topaz ring with a zirc stone in middle and black plating on sterling silver. The ring itself looked beautiful on the site. When we recieved it, the ring had a chip in its plating. Customer service said that they inspect all their rings and that it was not their fault... no refund they said. Only a discount on next purchase. I told them to go f themselves. My wife chose to keep wearing it despite of how pissed and unsatisfied about what I paid for... 2 months later and the coating of the ring is mostly gone and u can see the silver under the black plating... that ring was about 200 but I got it on a discount so I spent about 170 I believe. I tried to go on social media on their company profile and tell people about my negative experience. They deleted my comments and blocked me so I couldn't contact them nor comment on their post. I HATE VANCARO, their product quality is absolute garbage.

Please kindly know that most of our items are made of international standard 925 sterling silver, and some items are plated with a layer of other colors to reach a better design, which means that the orders are not the color on their own, and the original color is silver.
At present, because of the limitation of the electroplating process for the colored silvery items, the colored coat may wear and tear with the continuously wearing, and they may expose the silver color of the original color. Please kindly understand it's inevitable for the colored silver items, and generally, it does not belong to quality problems. Regarding this issue, we also explained it in detail on the product page.
If you mind this, it's recommended that you could consider the items in silvery color, generally, it lasts longer. Thanks a lot for your understanding and time!
