It was packaged perfectly so that it arrived without damage. The install was a simple process with the QR code instructions guiding me every step of the way. This also makes my truck sound like it has lion roaring under the hood when I have to get on it! Great customer service and tracking. I recommend getting the filter sock with the white filter to extend the life.
