I received damaged merchandise 2 weeks after order. I sent the requested photos and was promised a reimbursement for shipping since they did not issue return shipping label.
They now say I have store credit, which I do not want, and I am still waiting for my order 6 weeks later.
Quite possibly the WORST experience with customer service in all of my history of shopping online. I WILL NEVER order from this vendor again, and I will make sure all of my clients and social media contacts do not use GoodEyeglasses.com and specsdirect.ca I seriously doubt these people will be in business very long.
