For at least 25 days, you will be sent a computer generated e-mail
Stating that someone will contact you in 3 to 5 business days. I
Have received nothing! LIARS! They don't care about the problem
And they sure as heck don't care about you!

Red Lobster USED to be one of our favorite restaurants to visit. Every time we go in now the menu has changed yet AGAIN! They have fewer selections at much higher prices serving substantially SMALLER portion sizes. They have even DONE AWAY with their ever popular Key Lime pie as a dessert option. Maybe they need to change ownership again.

We were loyal Dish Network customers for many years, but we noticed that new customers were getting better more advanced equipment with lower rates. We spoke with their retention department and that if we wanted the most up to date equipment that we would be paying twice what we were paying at the time. So we elected to cancel our service. We asked them where we could drop off their equipment and they said since our equipment was so old that they did not want it returned to them, but we could take it to Best Buy and they would recycle the items. We did just that. Now fast forward to today. We called to re-establish service with them to take advantage of their special offers, plus, we were unhappy with our current provider. The Dish Network representative checked our old account and history and said we would not be considered for a returning customer since we never returned our equipment to them 2 years ago! WOW! Not only did they not want to retain us as customers, but now they don't want us back. Think TWICE before signing up with these YO-YO's

As a brand new customer, I am less than satisfied with how I have been treated by Xfinity! I bundled land line, internet, and TV service. I was told via phone by the rep. That there would be no installation fees/charges. I'm now being billed $39.99. (LIE # 1). The installation tech. That came out, spent 5 hours at my home, with 2 TV's not getting Xfinity service when leaving. The tech. Said to buy any ROKU devices and they will allow my 2 TV's to get Xfinity service. (LIE # 2) There are only certain ROKU's that are compatible with Xfinity streaming Beta. The tech. Said that within 2 weeks that the orange cable he laid on the ground from the outside box to my home would be buried. (LIE # 3). When contacting Xfinity customer service they indicated that the tech. Never put in a request to have the cable buried which was a month a go. My $140.00 bill is now $200.00. We are guessing that based on Xfinity's actions that they in fact do NOT want our business, as actions speak louder than words.

Tip for consumers:
If you enjoy being lied to, increasing cable bills, and rep.'s that could care less, then become an Xfinity / Comcast customer today.

If you like NOT being informed in the beginning that HULU has issues with T-Mobile Home Internet,
Love being told that if you switch to their new and improved modem/router that all the
HULU issues will be solved, but the issues are worse, and you are thrilled spending hours
On the phone with reps in the Philippines, then by all means sign up for T-Mobile Home Internet.

If you love having to call Hulu every time T-Moble Home Internet changes your I. P. address, to reset your account, like watching commercials from other cities in different states other than your own, and are excited that while watching a show, you are suddenly switched to a different show, then by all means sign up up for Hulu! HULU stands for Has U Live-streaming Upchuck

My family and I are guessing that CVS neither wants or needs our business based on our experience today! My daughter desperately needed her prescriptions called into the pharmacy this morning by her doctor. I tried getting thru to the pharmacy 5 times to inquire whether the prescriptions were ready to pick up. I spent 30 minutes or more trying to get thru and nobody would answer the phone. I drove over there to find out that there were 5 pharmacy people putting away medications on the shelves. There are at least 3 phone lines in the pharmacy and it would have taken all of 2 minutes to check and see if the prescriptions were ready. The pharmacist Brian did not take my concern seriously and even laughed in my face and then hung up on me in the drive-thru.
My family and I have been loyal customers at this CVS since it opened. There is a Walgreen's next door and our money is as green as everyone else's. CVS stands for Customer Value Severed!

Tip for consumers:
Use Walgreens, Costco, or Walmart instead.

How is it that FedEx lost a Large Motivational Wall Poster "TEAMWORK" w/ 29" X 23" Black Framed bought off eBay? We are not talking a tiny package here! I'm missing another package today! The FedEx tracking site says it's still in Ohio, their automated phone system says it has left Ohio. The FedEx agent in Mexico says it's in Ohio. Who's correct. The agent in Mexico refused to let me speak with a supervisor and then hung up on me after 30 minutes on the phone!
