Mistreated me. Dentist with no experience Very annoying talking. Very disappointed. Wasted my money. Had to go to a different dentist I got the same procedure done in 30 mins


Last year I saw their online advertising the dental implant+crown is 50% off when I get there and after examined my teeth I met their finance manager she quoted the original price I said no you listed on your website 50% off no? Then she asked me where did I see the promo I said your website of course then she suddenly changed her tone n talked sarcastically saying OH You should have mentioned it beforehand blar blar. Why is that it is your company promo you didn't even know as a billing manager? Or simply you just lure customer to pay more for the same procedure isnt it sarcastic they hired the worst manager to handle customer billing it's totally funny experience to me of course I didn't go back for any procedure. I paid more in other dentist as sometimes it's not about how much it cost you. It is about how much you trust the people and its service. Integrity and accountability are important for a business


Good n convenient online shopping platform with a variety of product choice for nationwide shopper. For international shipment I opt for eBay as its communication platform between buyer n seller is more structured and effective than Amazon.
Reason is although Amazon has very good customer support but if you contact the seller, the seller is not as responsive as the eBay seller. Otherwise I will give 5 star here. Amazon has prime shipment options and in general ship very quickly. Transaction is always trusted and reliable as in case the seller don't ship Amazon would refund right away. What else is good for Amazon is when you need to return the items you can just drop off to the designated Amazon drop off locations instead of paying $$ on shipment

I m using eBay for almost 20 years. A Trusted agent for both seller and buyer. Especially after I have many transactions on the site I became their eBay concierge member meaning if I need customer service I don't need to be on long hold. They will answer calls in mins. It's safe to purchase or sell on this site. Their rules are clear in writing and they follow up every of my concern. I will keep bidding and buying on this site.


I had a hotel booking for overseas But when I checked in the hotel i find out my booking has been cancelled. I contacted this company for refund a few times. No response. No answer. I ended up disputing the charge with credit card company for refund. Zero star if possible I will give this company for. I learn a lesson later I will rather pay more for a reputable agent.

I used the company coz it is cheaper than other airlines or agents-
A Mistake! They have poor customer rep meaning if you need change of flights They never responded or took two to three weeks to respond still no solid answer- So Glad it turned out i managed to change it directly on airline website- done in just few minutes - No joke this agent doesnt care after we booked-
Then- airlines cancelled my flights as to pandamic travel law, and refunded to this agent- I had to write tons of email and even pointed out my financial problem- waiting for refund to survive this pandemic etc In normal case if a more reputable agent owed you money- you dont need to beg and take that long for refund- This agent is classic- My experience is Calls are totally useless- long wait on line then once connected to their customer rep- they are rude/can't answer anything we need. After 5 months of writing back and forth and begging, i finally got refunds - Folks, if you are in same situation- do not let go, do not give up, do not give in- keep writing them nicely and patiently even if they dont deserve to, they will eventually refund- You deserve your refund doesnt matter for how much- it is your money- not theirs to keep I agree with some comments that going forward i rather pay more on a reputable and trusted company- as the time and effort spent on resolving it totally outweigh the benefit of paying less-


The cloth qualities are real bad, no wonder they sell so cheap. Size dimensions are incorrect so i waste money to buy something that doesn't fit. I wait for so long to get a product. Would never go back again, a waste of time..
