Despite ordering flowers for Mom almost a month before Mother's Day, it never happened. They were to be delivered the Friday before, but I received an email that day (while on vacation) telling me they were "…not able to be delivered. We will deliver your order on the next available day. Thank you for your understanding." Saturday, the same email. I'm thinking, "Great. Mom will get them on Mother's Day." Nope. Sunday, same email. Monday, same email. I finally was able to call them to see if they had any intention of actually delivering the flowers. Nope. Their phone Rep said they had canceled my order. Never got THAT email. Horrible system, no customer service.
