Pur service bf due to covid requirement could not attend, got credit for refund, after I full vaxed, used that credit to pur Groupon voucher - K-art Beauty the 3D eyebrow permanent tattoo. Attended 3rd Feb 2022. Kim was lack of due care n unskilled, as result it is awful, even worse than I draw each day - both sides are "imbalance" 1. One side is too closer to the middle, and 2. Higher than other side, 3. Eyebrows are "too thick" I told her that my eyes are small, do not want too thick eyebrows, if need trim pls do so. But she lied to me that drawing will be thinner than actual done. And She did not use any measurement when drawing my eyebrows just basis on her eyes adjustment. I requested full refund next day. Groupon asked me to get approval fm the vendor myself for refund! The vendor of course refused and lied that I did not attend. I proofed the confirm of booking text, and proof the voucher was redeemed on that day on my Groupon a/c. But Groupon still no refund me. A staff responded my review left n given me another email to contact but "never response". He only do for the readers to see but no really fixing my issue. I want to advice readers, never accepted refund as credit in groupon a/c, as once had issue for the new purchase by using the credit, Groupon takes all the controls, but if you paid via credit card or paypal, you will have purchase protection. You can see how bad of the groupon reviews each websites. I do not recommend using Groupon.
