Not professional, no respond to enquiry after placing order, i ordered a dress on June 10, and was only informed on June 30 that my order was on its way by FedEx from Guangzhou China and is schedules to arrived on June 14. Its too slow. I think the dress was probably tailored after you placed order. Seem like this is run by an individual of some sort.

Had 2 packages arrived Aug 5 and only 1 was in my suite. Numerous emails and finally 1 chat managed to go through. Given them all info, tracking and Invoice. No one responded till today. I have lost some money for the items. I hope someone can start a Class suite action against them which I will surely participate in. They were good before until recently. SCAM SCAM SCAM. To all future customers. PLS AVOID MyUS or you will regret it!

I am curious to know how you have customers buying batteries from you to be shipped oversesas as batteries are not allowed on air cargo?
