Support sucks and takes forever

I have the pro version. If you install it correctly and make sure to tell the antivirus that the software is not a malware, it works fine, but often it stops working, the target computer is live but the software claims the computer is offline. Sometimes randomly it says the software is not connected to any computer. Also the search functionality sucks (if you are searching in the keylogger or events or whatever)
