I placed an order in April and after a week or two of no shipment notification, I reached out and was told there was a delay and my parcel would ship out by May 20th. So after patiently waiting for a month, I received no shipment notification. Instead of following up with me that the pieces I ordered were backordered, I had to reach out again and was told I was best to cancel my order.
