I forgot to skip my order last month, so I made sure to skip this month. Contacted Fabletics via chat and got this guy named Donnelle. First, he didn't understand that I "skipped" my order. After some back and forth, he stated, "I will send this in for a credit, but I can't guarantee a refund". "Be sure to skip your account at the appropriate time". Okay, for one Donnelle, I know when to skip my account. Number two, if I don't get a refund I "guarantee" I'm cancelling my account. I just closed the chat. Now that I think about it, I'm about to go back and cancel the account period. I'm glad I took a picture of the "You have skipped payment for this month". I love the quality of the clothing, but I get the same value with Victoria Secret's without the monthly membership hassle.
