Its been 4 months now. I ordered 4 sets of the no more eyebags on 10/29/22. I finally received something on 12/15/23, but they only sent me ONE set. I am so disappointed with their service. They don't want to talk to anyone on the phone unless you are calling to purchase. Anything else goes to phone message. They never call back. They don't answer emails. I believe the company is a scam. They advertise on television for the"no more eyebags",so you would think they are legit, but I don't think they can handle all the orders. Better business bureau does not have good things about this company either.
I do have to say that the product is good. I know this from the ONE set they sent. It will be a miracle if I get the other three sets.
Tip for consumers:
The company has no customer support. I did not receive 3/4 of my order. I paid 383.96 and thats a lot of money to just throw away. Do not trust lily pharmaceuticals, no more eyebags, bionature labs or any other names they use.
Also, the number they give you *******881 is a non working number. The other 2 numbers they gave me go straight to answering service. Do not buy from these people.
