I recently had an interaction with a representative from Better Fares regarding a quote I received, and I must say it was a highly disappointing experience. The service I received was, frankly, unacceptable.During our conversation, I found myself consistently being talked over, making it difficult for me to convey my inquiries. Moreover, when seeking clarification on certain points, the representative from Better Fares mumbled something unintelligible and abruptly ended the call by hanging up. Such behaviour is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on Better Fares.

Having a background in the legal field, I have never encountered such appalling office behaviour. Customer service should be a priority for any company, and unfortunately, my experience with Better Fares has left me with a negative impression. Regrettably, based on this encounter, I have decided not to engage with Better Fares in the future. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for improving customer interactions.
