I ordered from here and my items were delivered exactly a week later on March 20th. On the website when I went to return on April 1st, it said my return window closed on April 1st (I would think I had until EOD) anyways...my mistake I guess. When I reached out to customer service, they told me that the return window had actually closed on March 26th, just six days after I received the items.
As a US customer, their return policy is completely unfair and customer service will not work with you AT ALL and they will just repeat how they "require all customers to read through our returns policy prior to their purchase to ensure they do not miss the returns time frame" and cannot help because they "have to be fair and mindful of all customers"
Don't bother unless you enjoying being irritated.
