Ordering was easy. It was getting someone to communicate about my order that is the challenge. My items were to ship a week ago. I have emailed twice, done 2 online "chats", have sat on hold for hours at a time. NO RESPONSE! If I need to purchase these items elsewhere, they should just tell me that. Don't leave me hanging until everyone is sold out. Worst customer service. 1 business day to respond. That's what they keep telling me. Yet here I sit.
