They charge you $30 and then won't refund you when their site won't work! What type of company won't at least partially refund a paying customer when their site doesn't work?! I was charged 3 times, as well. Was even the $6 charge refunded, as a courtesy, since their was even a $30 charge and a $4 charge, you might ask. Nope! But they sure did offer me a mighty fine "sorry, but it's non-refundable" about a dozen times. Isn't that worth the $40 that they got out of me? Survey says: no.
Tip for consumers:
Complete waste of time that you will regret buying right after you buy it. It's completely useless. It doesn't even work most of the time. They treat paying customers like they don't even care if you are happy with their service. I'm a 33 year old high school teacher and I hate being a Karen but I wasted $40 on a site that doesn't even work most of the time.
