They charge you $30 and then won't refund you when their site won't work! What type of company won't at least partially refund a paying customer when their site doesn't work?! I was charged 3 times, as well. Was even the $6 charge refunded, as a courtesy, since their was even a $30 charge and a $4 charge, you might ask. Nope! But they sure did offer me a mighty fine "sorry, but it's non-refundable" about a dozen times. Isn't that worth the $40 that they got out of me? Survey says: no.
