I wrote a review once before how Jason and Lorena really listened and helped us plan a personal itinerary that met all our needs and wants. We took our (delayed) Family Christmas Vacation on June 21-27,2021 and it was everything and more. We are a senior couple in our 70s and we didn't want to go the route the rest of our family chose of making travel arrangements on their own. Understandably, the younger set wanted activities that we were not able to do, so Jason worked his magic to make sure what we signed up for didn't interfere with quality family time together. As I said before, he listens with a kind heart.
The drivers like Abel. Diego, Eduardo, David, etc. were friendly and helpful. They talked about the topography, plants, animals, birds and trees with knowledge. They went beyond their job title. They were always on time. They never kept us waiting. They would stop along the way for me to take photos and videos of places of interest. They made extra stops to the bank and shopping centers. All we had to do was meet the vehicle at the appointed time. The tour guides were in the same caliber of friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge. We learned a lot and saw more than expected. The hotel staff in Arenal and Manuel Antonio were just as friendly and helpful. Being able to do and see so much with little or no effort on our part and mostly being with family made this the best vacation! We highly recommend "MY COSTA RICA" to those wanting a stress less, no-brainer, wonderful experience in travel. In fact, that's just what we did while over there to those that asked because our travel, accommodations and guided tours were taken care of in advance and ran so smoothly.
