This is one incident I faced which made me stop using them. I submitted my order with instructions, rubric everything. Received a very low C almost a D. I went back to them to tell them they fought with me and refused to give me back a refund. These people do not care about customer service at all only money! I went back and forth with them it was ridiculous and I couldn't even get the paper redone because my professor did not except redo's I was highly upset! Never again!
Tip for consumers:
There work is not quality, you have to continue to ask for reviews to check for errors everywhere!
