Will start by saying I've bought bras from them in past with easy returns and exchanges. I believe new people own it or they have just gotten lazy. I reached out to them the day i recieved my bra 9/3, was holiday weekend so gave extra days to respond to email. As of today 10/4 i have wrote 3 mails and no response to any of them. The bra came to me with side seams ripped. The bra was sent back tracking confirms they recieved it. Do not buy from this site unless you want a hassle with return of items.
