Once again the stupid cameras have disconnected from my phone and I can't check them remotely what the h***! Yet whenever I talk to the lorex people they tell me the same thing "oh it's not connected to the Internet" well guess what? Yes it is and it should be working fine but it's your dumb useless product And it's on your end not mine do your job and fix it! I don't even know why I still have these stupid things I should just throw him out and go with a different system and company all together all it does is stress me out not help, biggest joke ever!

I've had nothing but problems with this Lorex camera system and I will never buy another one again! At the most important times it never works, it doesn't load and has issues connecting to your phone app. Worst piece of crap ever! Warning don't ever buy a Lorex, customer service is useless as well They don't do a damn thing they expect you to do everything and it still doesn't fix it. Doesn't even deserve one star but I had to put at least one.
