I purchased a "Starry Sky" watch from these people on December 9. On December 24 I emailed to ask where it was. Eventually I got a reply saying we are sorry for any inconvenience, check your tracking number.

I did. It didn't work. I emailed again, explaining that the tracking number was not in the system. So they sent me a different tracking number! This one said "delivered in zip code *******" but did not provide an address.

I wrote again. They asked me to check my post office. My post office does not use this kind of tracking number--22 digits, no letters! This went on for a long time. I heard from "Phoebe" six times, each time after a delay, each time saying check your tracking number. I asked to speak to her supervisor and never heard from her again. So I went back to the website. I clicked "CONTACT US" and wrote a new message saying that I had never received my watch and all my complaints did was get someone supposedly named Phoebe who spoke very poor English to tell me to check my tracking number.

So today I got an email from "EVA (JH)". And what did "Eva" say? "Check your tracking number. Look in your mailbox. Ask your post office Ask your neighbors. If there is any inconvenience please understand. Any questions, please hesitate to contact us." I'm not making this up.

I think there is ONE person in this company responding to any queries, and all they know how to say is "Check your tracking number." Never mind the tracking number is invalid in any US Post office. Never mind there are 10,000 people in my zip code, I should check with all of them. Never mind my mailbox is a standard size, 18 inches long, 8 inches high, 6 inches wide. They apparently think things can't be seen in them. And they are either threatening me or their English is worse than kindergarten level. "Please hesitate to contact us."

I've checked other sites and seen other reports of undelivered merchandise. Don't be fooled by their website, this company is dishonest and shouldn't be touched by anyone.

I got this product for my two shelties, ages 11 and 8. The 11-year-old, Bodie, has a $#*!y heart and the 8-year-old, Connor, has severe arthritis. I've used the product consistently on Connor for more than 6 months, a little less for Bodie. Bodie (the older one) may have a little more energy, I'm not sure. Connor's arthritis is unchanged. He can't walk without limping on both front legs. It hurts my heart to watch him. He's on gabapentin, tramadol, and carprofen too, but he still limps badly. The only thing keeping me from putting him to sleep is that he loves life and tries so hard to be happy. Since there were so many positive reviews concerning arthritic dogs, I had to try it but it makes no difference that I can see and it's a shame because I want so desperately to help Connor. Edited to add: since the Nzymes people seem to think it is important, I will note that all the prescription meds he is on don't help either (although I thought I had made that plain already). I looked at the paralysis program, but Connor isn't paralyzed. He gets around, he even runs along the fence with our neighbor's dog when I don't stop him. (Then he staggers in and can't move for the rest of the afternoon.) I am glad NZymes works on so many dogs. I did not write a review here before because I don't like to say bad things about products. But I was emailed several times about wanting a review, so I'm telling you what happened.

Hello Mel, We are very sorry to hear about your dog, and the lack of progress. Without sounding crass, could it not also be said, "I am giving Gabapentin, Tramadol and Carpofen with no improvement"? While these are commonly prescribed for pain and joint issues, they are also quite taxing on the liver and other organs. We can certainly appreciate his lust for life, and we want to do anything possible to help him have the best one possible. We would like you to see a program we put together on our sub-domain for paralysis and severe mobility issues. At least please have a look at it:
