I bought a cute dog sweater that was too big for my dog. I followed the company's online instructions to fill out a return form, email it to them, and then they would send me instructions to send it back. That was about a month ago, plus numerous calls to their 888 number (which is just a very odd robot-sounding message explaining they're "reducing office hours due to Covid" and then disconnects; how can I call about 10 different times/days and coincidentally they're not in this so-called office every occurrence?!?!) and about 6 or 7 emails to both *******@furbabeez.com & "Sasha" at *******@furbabeez.com. I have had ZERO communication back. I agree with a recent review that this is a SCAM. No reliable company would treat customers like this. Not only will I NEVER order from this "company" again but I will tell everyone I know about this so no one else gives this pathetic "company" their business and money!
