I've ordered quite a few pairs of shoes and clothing items from Bealls Florida in the last two years. Their prices are very competitive which is what first attracted me to their website. They frequently have sales and offer promotional discounts. Their shipping rates are reasonable.
The one thing that I have issue with is product description. I've had to return some things that "ran large" and when I spoke to customer service they were aware of this so it would have been nice to see it in the original description and I would have ordered a smaller size to begin with and not have had to pay additional shipping for returns and reorder.
Whenever I've had to contact customer service with questions or returns they have been very knowledgeable and courteous.
I will continue to order from Bealls.

I've been a customer of Lucky for a few years now. I find things on their website that I can't find locally. Their prices are almost always lower than the competition and they regularly run specials.
The products are almost always in stock and they give a big discount on auto-order. I like that I get emails on specials (most recently - buy plant protein); I was able to get some things that I use regularly for a great sale price and I was able to try a couple of new things without spending much.
I will continue to shop Lucky.
