This site/app is HORRIBLE. I have been using since SEPTEMBER 2017 & still can't CASHOUT. I have uploaded $1000@ least in receipts! They are insulting my intelligence and wallet! They need to shut down, ans observe other sites to see how it's really done. I wish I could rate no stars! Do not waste your time or dignity.

I HAVE OVER 30,000 POINTS HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REDEEM A $10 PANERA BREAD GIFT CARD. IT WON'T LET ME REDEEM ANYTHING! I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER AND OVER TO NO AVAIL. THEY IGNORE YOU BUT HAVE NO PROBLEM SENDING SURVEY AFTER SURVEY. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE TO TAKE SURVEYS WITH NO PLANS OF PAYING THEM. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP.

You WILL NEVER CASH OUT. They will take all your info then say you screened out. They will never get to that cash out! I had to delete my account. They should be ashamed of themselves.

These people will steal your information and do lord knows what with it. They requested my name and address and birthday for survey. I gave it because I already took a survey with that info. They then requested a previous address. I knew then something was up. After getting my info they then CLAIMED they could not identify me... which is a LIE, and that I could not take a survey. I am reporting them to the bbb and will be naming them in a civil suit. I am tired of these companies and their lies.

THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS. THEY RECENTLY SCREWED ME OUT OF $100.00 WORTH OF IN HOME STUDY SURVEYS. I HAVE PROOF FROM COMPANY THAT I SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THEM I HAVE SCREEN SHOTS EMAILS. YOU NAME IT I GOT IT. THEY BLATANTLY IGNORE IT AND GIVE AN AUTOMATED GENERIC RESPONSE. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. GO TO INSTAGC OR PRIZEREBEL THEY ALWAYS PAY. I HAVE REPORTED TO BBB. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR INFORMATION AND SELL IT. THEY TOOK MY INFO TO SELL IT.

I have been doing Inbox Dollars awhile now. I have gotten 2 payments, however it takes sooo long. It is very hard to qualify for surveys, and the reward money for them is extremely low. It isn't worth the effort. I have moved on to better payouts. They need to update their system, pay people what their effort, time, and opinions are worth, and allow quicker ie lower payouts $30 is to high and then to have wait days, weeks, to even receive it is once again A WASTE OF TIME.

Recently got this card just to use for misc. Items. I dont' want to alway have to use my bank & credit cards.It is great my transfers are instant, I use it everywhere. As a mother of 6 this card is great for grabbing things on the go. Its accepted everywhere I shop. Its the best on in the prepaid common sector. There is a monthly fee but its very low compared to others, and I haven't been hit with any HIDDEN FEES... which has happened before via other prepaid cards.

They are very professional. My orders are always on time. The one time I had a issue with an order it was fixed so fast I was in SHOCK! LOL. They have the BEST customer service I have ever come across via the web. Wish I could give MORE STARS!

I have ordered from here several times for my family. They are great! Packages arrive on time, items are of good quality, and prices are UNBEATABLE. They take the "middleman" out and that makes a big difference.

I ordered an item from their site recently for my son's FIRST birthday. I ordered it 3+weeks in advance. I received and email stating my order would be delayed... they provided no reason as to why this was happening. Then they stated IF I did not get the item by AUGUST 8th 2017 they would cancel it on my behalf, and process a refund. My son's birthday was waaay before that date. I was devastated. I then played tag with customer support via emails on canceling the order only to have them demand verification... I SUBMITTED WHAT THEY NEEDED... then they tell me it would take 1-3 days for a refund to be processed if approved! Well then when I say ok please put my money back on my card ASAP before I have to use other legal avenues... WALAH magically my order was shipped... Something really shady there. WILL NOT being ordering from them again.

I have been using Walmart.com for years, apparently they have new policy where they are selling THIRD PARTY merchandise on their website. The problem is if you need a refund OR exchange for these items WALMART WILL NOT ACCEPT THEM! Which is not right since they are basically co-signing for them by ALLOWING them to sell via their website! I bout and item that needed to be returned I went to Walmart and they refused to take it told me to contact SELLER... I did and was informed I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR NON REFUNDABLE SHIPPING AND A 40% RESTOCKING FEE! Basically loosing almost ALL OF WHAT I PAID FOR in the FIRST PLACE. Walmart needs to either accept ALL returns on their website OR quit hocking Third Party items. CASE CLOSED.

I have been ordering from Amazon for years... however recently they have become very unprofessional. I ordered a gift card with my VIRTUAL visa gift card. They locked my account asking for verification from the "bank" of my info. I have wrote them 10+ times stating that since its a virtual e gift visa there ISN'T A BANK available to give that information! They are ignoring my emails and WILL NOT unlock my account. I also had a balance that I put on without a e gift with my REAL TIME CASH. I have requested for my balance to be issued via CHECK since they will not unlock it and they have ignored that. I am looking to seek a civil suit, because they are now stealing my money. They bought Whole Foods, and will run that into the ground eventually...

I am on Silver Level. I was told AFTER my FIRST PayPal that my processing time would be 2-3 hours. Well its taken 24 hours STILL. This is misleading. They DO have ALOT of surveys BUT its very hard to qualify for the HIGH paying ones. They will also take you through all the questions of a survey THEN disqualify you AFTER getting the information they were seeking in the first place. This is what a lot of other sites do. This was very discouraging being that this is SUPPOSE TO BE A "BETTER" site than the others...
