Purchased a wig on their website advertised as 100% human hair. Arrived beautifully packaged, looked good on me for 1 day! This fake hair knotted up so bad it was awful! The hair was confirmed by a wig supplier as fake. It was a fiber mix that attaches to each other where you cannot comb it out! Jessies wigs refused to exchange or refund my money. The BBB Bureau tried to help to no avail, suggesting I go to e-commerce consumer affairs. This has taken so much energy from me in addition to my $181 I paid for this trash wig! Oh, and they won't post truthful, unsatisfactory customer reviews. They post only positive reviews which I believe they post! It should be against the law for them to fraudulently advertise their wigs as human hair!
NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE A THING FROM THESE GREEDY SCAM ARTISTS! BUYER BEWARE!

Jessie wigs is a SCAM! They target African Americans who are their biggest consumers that they take advantage of by robbing us!
