I called to inform them that their site sent me an email that a product I had actually ordered was still in their dock and that I never received an email that my product had shipped yet they charged my credit card.
Lara the CSR was the rudest most obnoxious CSR have I ever deal with. When I asked to speak to her manager she handed me over to Janice (whom the real manager Amanda later confirmed was not a manager at all. Lara was also dishonest as well it seems.
I asked to speak to the owner but and Amanda (referenced earlier) called and left a very pleasant message. However, when I called back she immediately became terse and seemed to want to engage in an intellectual pissing contest rather than deal with the UI/ordering problems of her site and the terrible attitude and dishonesty of her CSR staff.
TL: DR Their site will charge your credit card without sending you and email with a tracking order or even a notification that your order was send or even processed. A Lara is a rude and dishonest CSR, Janice is not a manager (even though Lara claimed she was). Amanda (the manager I assume?) Is condescending and just wants an intellectual pissing contest. Will never buy from them again.
