I watched a video leading me to believe a product, GLUCONITE, was terrific for seniors. I decided to order one bottle. When I entered the single order, a popup saying I would get a much better rate if I ordered three of the item so I went ahead with ordering three. Then there was a popup advertising another product which I did not select. There was never a checkout process. I suddenly received a page showing that was ordering 1 bottle of GLUCONITE, 3 additional GLUCONITE bottles, and 3 bottles of the second product.
I called the support number and the representative said I had already submitted the orders; there was no checkout process. I asked him to cancel the three orders. I did a google search and found this was a scam. I called my bank and reported that the "three" pending orders had been cancelled and that I wanted no future charges from this company. I now have received an email threatening to destroy my credit for contacting my bank and canceling the order.
