My wife used Calmerry. The last therapy session was 4 days ago. She had some issues with self-esteem & self-worth. We found a counselor here (the service matched her with a specialist) who's amazingly perceptive and experienced. She helped my wife find the root cause of the problem and unhealthy behaviors and deal with all these. By the way, she used only evidence-based approaches, we checked it.
