I would give them a 0. I purchased a Brahmin purse on Poshmark and it came in defective condition. Despite the 25+ photos I provided documenting the condition, they sided with the seller. There were SO many problems with this product. Anyone could see that it was a second quality item. This was the first and last transaction for Poshmark. They will NOT be getting my business again!
Tip for consumers:
Do NOT purchase through Poshmark!
Products used:
Brahmin purse came in defective condition and they would not refund my money despite sending 25+ photos to document the condition.
