Hospital's sometimes do not even give you a warning when they will release your loved one, and that becomes a precarious situation when that person cannot take care of themselves. To this day I ask myself: What if my mom would have been all by herself? Good luck we are done goodbye? The case manager at the hospital gave me a number and what a godsend. Multiple locations for ALF's were given with contact persons.48 hrs later all was set, and we had a solution to a situation that seemed dire. Thank you again.
