Spent almost $500 on a wig that is now balding, and unwearable. This unit didn't even last me 6 months, i look ridiculous. Once I noticed the balding I contacted customer service with pictures and their only response was for me to pay $60 and send it back to CHINA, so they can determine whether or not the balding frontal and overall poor quality was my fault. Or offer me $50 off a new wig, which is NOTHING considering their units go for $200+. Not to mention when i first purchased it, i waited 2 weeks with no updates or shipping information. Horrible company, nonexistent customer service, and overpriced poor quality hair. Will be contacting my bank as they have no intention of issuing a refund or replacing the unit.
