I purchased a nearly ~400-euro eyeglass quite recently. Not only the parcel arrived many days later than the indicated one.
- The case is deformed, and
- The eyeglass has multiple scratches both on the rim and on the glass.
- The frame was also very dirty with fingerprints, and some stains. I cleaned those by myself, which I should not have, so as to have further evidence against this charlatan business. I have taken photos of the case and the frame.

After contacting them, Stacey Patterson that
"The case is an accessory and I'm afraid we do not offer any spare accessories. When you buy from us our only guarantee is on the glasses. "

Then she passed me to their other office regarding the scratches on the eyeglass. I am sure, they are gonna bring something up, one those many policy and regulations, to tell me this is what is, you should not have ordered with us.

I will fix the glasses and buy a case myself on top of the heavy price I spent, but BUYER BE AWARE of companies like this.

Going to a real store with true honest business means you can avoid charlatans.
