I on july 23rd 2018 had the pleasure of using oregon surgery center@ tanasbourne for my hernia operation from a work related injury... they have some of the best care givers i have ever experienced in the many operations i have had... the nurses the staff the anastetheoligist and most of all my surgeon Dr Rayner were some of the most caring and compassionate people i have ever been in the care of and i am so thankful for thier top notch work and care i was given at this facility. Like most who have had medical care i cant handle the whole needle thing like when they put in your I V device for your fluids and medications because ive had some that were downright nightmares but thier nurse who does that part. ( i wish i knew her name to praise) she was soo good at doing it i hardly even knew she had done it she was soo damn good. The rest of the staff was so great about explaining the procedure and assuring me it was gonna be a cake walk. They didnt let me down. It was that easy and my surgeon Dr Rayner i wish i had the chance that day to tell her how much i appreciated the top notch work her and her crew did. Top notch! When i came to afterwards the staff brought me all the cranberry juice i could ever drink along with a snack knowing i hadnt eatin in the last 12hrs. I was treated so far beyond my expectations with care and concern and hope to repay a bit of that to all involved by telling everyone i can thru this review that they are the best of the best in my experience and i am truly grateful for all they did to get me back to healing and on my way back to good health standings. Oregon surgery center at tanasbourne you folks rock you are a bright sunjy day on a rainy days forecast. And deserve every bit of praise i can send to you i am in your debt

These folks are a workmens comp insurerers... we pay every day into a fund to help you in case your hurt at work and these are the people that are supposed to help you get back to healthy by getting the care you need the appointments scheduled for your care and they have failed miserably in doing a damn thing to help get me fixed and back to work. The ultrasound i needed was never scheduled and when i was too hurt and sick and missed the joke of a doctors appointment they instantly cut off my wages without even asking me why it was i had missed the appointment and when i called them more than 8 times in a week not once did they ever return my call after leaving messages just wanting to talk to anyone there about my injury and what steps i needed to do... finally i got a live person on phonei was. Then i was told i was on my own to make the ultrasound appointment they failed to make in the first place. I ended up in the hospital where i finally got a M R I showing my injury and spent the next week calling the care provider to make a appointment so they could review the images. The whole time i am not recieving any wages and almost lost my place of living due to lack of income. My injury happened mid april and i finally got the operation i needed just 3 days ago july 23rd. Now they have restarted my wages but since mid april i had only gotten 2 weeks of wages out of these people that we pay to help us in our times of need. This company failed me and my care in every way possible and should be ashamed of thier failures in getting a hurt guy well. It wasnt my fault i got hurt in any way what soever it wasbthe total fault by my employer who disregarded oshas proper way of doing my job so i was in no way responsible for the injury but ive been the one paying for it in lack of action or just human caring by this comp insurer. How dare they treat us hard working long term employess with such disregard and i hope i can find some way to penalize you the way youve penalized me... you are the worse of the worse in the health care of injured employees and dont deserve to handle anyones care because you just dont care one bit about us. its all about you keeping that money you collect from who knows how many other workers every day. Shame on you your doors should be closed and company removed from any further dealings with americas workforce... You dont know how or care to find out how to do it the right way... i can only pray no one else ever has to deal with these monsters. Yea monsters.
