People at Shopee - Very bad customer service from email, chat and dispute support team. Very incompetent staff. They need trainings.
Process - Very long process of 3-5 days to resolve a very simple case. Unclear contradicting process of return/ refund orders. This gives me the feeling that their process is anti-customer and more on protective bogus/ scam sellers.
Technology - They have technology like an app, email, etc but seems they are not trained to use this resources.
Communication - Very poor/ lack of communication within the team members Chat, Email and Dispute Team.
SHOPEE needs to level up their standards of accepting sellers. There's a lot of bogus seller who do deliver incomplete items. It can be considered as mistake if only happen once but it happens to 2, 3, 4 customers. Shopee is not doing anything to investigate. And after the refund they will convert your refunded money as a Shopee pay? Can u imagine that policy? Please note that Shopee employee informed me on this policy. There is no $#*!ing way I will use this app.
