I ordered gold from them 4 days ago, asked for a refund they phoned me to give them some more time, how much time do hey need? Never again will I do business with them. I will wait until tomorrow and put in a claim to paypal.
Did the same with u7bye with the same problem, still wait for a refund.

Tried to do a level upgrade from 60 to 65, kept telling me they could not get i9nto my account even afrer i took of the authentication code. I aked if i could have items instead and after trying to talk to thier live aid on line gave up, filed a claim against them via paypal and after several weeks paypal did not do anything.
