I have had two refunds this year that takes months...yes months to recieve. But the worse part is they never inform you, you have to do all the chasing yourself.
For example: it is mid October and I am still waiting for a refund for a returned pair of sneakers from March!
If Footlocker read this, and by looking at the enormous amount of negative reviews here the obviously have given up, please do not reply with a "we are sorry for your experience" or "please contact us so we can rectify the issues". Too late Fottlocker...too late..
