BUYER BEWARE: at Casspy.com the return policy is not disclosed until I requested to return bad quality clothes. Returns are VERY EXPENSIVE. Casspy requires returns to be sent to an address in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The cost to return $500 worth of poor quality clothing, that I bought online from Casspy.com, is $400. This is a deceptive way to make returns impossible. The customer service emails I received are evasive and refuse to help. Casspy is to be avoided. They post nice photos, but the clothes they shipped are bad quality. I cannot get them to honor their return policy. There is NO address in the USA for returns. So... GOOD LUCK if anyone deals with Casspy.com. Please investigate them and see if you can get my money back. I hope you can shut them down, before they do this to others. The online reviews talk about how many others have been unable to get a refund. BUYER BEWARE should be their company slogan and philosophy.
Tip for consumers:
the website"s online Photos are very nice, BUT the actual clothing is shoddy, bad sizing, not at all like the photos. I would be embarrassed to give the clothes to goodwill charity. Email exchanges are worthless. Even if I could afford to return the clothes, they would probably find an excuse to refuse a refund. Really BAD company. STAY AWAY
Products used:
Women's clothing, I did not use them, I tried UNSUCCESSFULLY to return them. They show pictures of nice looking clothes and send out junk that is impossible to return for a refund.
