I made a purchase, and my Paypal had an older address that it was directed to. As soon as I approved the purchase, I realized this, and contacted Jimmy Jazz. I emailed them and called them. They assured me that my request was received and being handled to change the address. Not long after, I received an email that the Fedex label had been created for this incorrect address. I emailed, and called again, expressing my concern and wish to have it re routed, or cancelled so I could order again and have it sent to the correct address. I was assured that they would contact the plant, and have the package pulled. Today, the package shipped to the wrong address still. I called and emailed again. Multiple times. They would not even offer to contact Fedex to reroute. They told me they couldn't do that. I have sold goods that required shipping for 20+ years. I've had to contact Fedex many times to have packages re routed. After numerous attempts to have Jimmy Jazz help, they stopped responding. I would never order from them again, and will advise anyone else in my circles to do the same. I've been treated better by mega retailers in situations like this. I wish I had read reviews on Jimmy Jazz prior to purchasing. There are many other reviews like mine complaining about their service.
