They improperly packaged a $350.00 Jug that got smashed to the point of being un-repairable UPS would not honor a claim because of improper packaging I have sent numerous emails pictures etc and they never once responded at the very least I should have ben reimbursed for the packing costs but they choose to ignore it FIND ANOTHER AUCTION!
A Qualified UPS package inspector said "it was packaged by AMATEURS even though double boxed the heavy Crock was not stabilized and protected on all sides instead foam peanuts were used and cannot stop the impact of a heavy item.
I have pictures to prove it.

Placed and order 2/6 no communication until 2/15 telling me out of stock I cancelled the order they then said it was too late the item had magically shipped which they faked by generating a UPS labe it did no ship until 2/16 I was given tracking with a promise to deliver 2/19 never happened on 2/22 could not find unit, refused to resend another unit and did not issue a credit.
