It took 4 days from order to "shipped". When shipped,the tracking number that was supplied did not work, at all.
The chat regarding when my order would be shipped was of no use.
The package was left at my door, vulnerable to porch pirates because I was unable to track the package.
I never had any of those issues when dealing with Rockauto. Communication was excellent and my items always arrived in a couple of days.
The chat was useless
I wanted to support a Canadian company.
The price was right.

First time ordering from them. Recieved the part missing one of the two bushings. Had to use one...
