They sent an e-mail to me stating that I would have three domains auto-renewing (fee about $45). They then sent an e-mail saying that my chard was charged $700 plus. I called to discuss and was told that they auto-renewed additional sites for multiple years. Two for 9 years. The refused to take any action whatsoever to correct this issue. They advised that they cannot refund on domain renewals. I suggested they credit me on hosting then because this was their error for not advising me first and I have been a loyal customer for over a decade. They refused. I am moving my properties from them. (Oh and just getting to support to be told that they don't care about their customers took over an hour). I am also going to make it a point to ask my clients who does their hosting and advise them of this experience.
