I ordered a 6 and a half practice putting mat thru a company located in China. After a long wait, I contacted the seller expressing my concern for no shipment and the fact that the web site was no longer active. I told the seller that if I did not hear back from them, I would escalate my complaint to PayPal. I notified PayPal latter that day as a precaution. The seller sent me tracking information the next day. After months of waiting, I received a pair of sunglasses and a case. I contacted the seller, wanting either the correct shipment, or a full refund. I was offered a full refund once I had returned the sunglasses and case and I must send it with a tacking number. The cost of return shipping was expected to be borne by me alone. The cost of this would actually be more than what I paid in the first place. I contacted PayPal and after weeks and weeks of waiting, they just decided that I would need to cover the cost of the return shipping as the seller demanded. The seller purposely sold me an item that they had no intention of sending and instead sent the wrong item. This is fraud and PayPal is complicate. I have cancelled my PayPal account and will NEVER use them again for anything. I would advise anyone considering using PayPal not to, they are only about making money and do not give 2 $#*!s about the consumers.
