Two weeks ago I placed an on-line order and it still has not shipped. I called their Customer Service phone number and both times I spoke with the same agent who knew nothing and just kept repeating the exact same mantra each time I called, that my order should ship within the next 5 days. Well, thats twice he's said that and twice is hasn't happened.
Save your sanity and do not patronize Jackson & Perkins, they are worse than terrible.

They have been sitting on my order for plants for 13 days and don't have a clue when it will ship. So, I don't have any product to use.
