Worked with their rep. A month ahead. Got in town to learn that the 3-month rental was double booked and we could not have it, due to their failure to confirm with the apartment management. They obtained a substitute, but after delays were told we could move in without internet or cable for another 4 days. Unable to reach any representatives by phone - only voice mail every time we called three different phone numbers.
