“Awful service and they cheated me, booked 5 stars received invoice for 3 stat”

1. Took 2 hrs to reach then by phone
2. Takes days to answer emails
3. Discounts and gutschein offered dont work
4. I booked a 5 star package they tried to cheat me with another 3 star hotel instead, after 2 hrs on phone they asked me to write to them instead, they eventually admitted the mistake and cancelled but sent me a warning letter for not paying
5. I am currently considering legal action

This service is scandalous
