We ordered six or seven items from them while trying to furnish a new home. Most things that could go wrong did go wrong. They said items were available and didn't tell us they were not available until well after we already paid...then it took a week to get a refund. They had vendors ship items that were mismarked "excellent" condition that were obviously in poor condition and damaged. We've now received three of the shipments with damage. They routinely have shipping delays. When you complain they may offer you 10 percent off the next purchase, while their prices are already highly inflated. Shipping for a $250 item might be $600. It's ridiculous. I could go on, but you get the picture. Their quality control sucks. They don't take responsibility when they make mistakes or mess up. We understand that mistakes can happen. If this company did the right thing and treated its customers right, we'd be fine with the occasional problems. Check other negative reviews on TrustPilot. They all say the same thing. Buyer beware with them.
