I purchased a Multifunctional Travel Organizer through a Facebook ad. Did receive an email that the order would be delayed due to the Chinese new year. It's been 5 weeks and no order confirmation sent. I filed a claim with Paypal.

“Agreed. It took forever, then it came and was of a very poor quality. Seams already ripped. Tried to get them to send me a replacelent, offering to send back the faulty product when the new (better quality) one arrived.”
